Our approach

Six stations from a question to a running business.

This is the way our current ventures were actually built. Each station lists what happens there, and an example of it happening — not an aspiration.

The six stations

  1. Discover

Find out what is true before deciding what to build.

In practiceEvery build starts with an audit and a source-of-truth file: what exists, what is verified, and what must not be published until someone confirms it.

  2. Decide

Turn open questions into a short list of decisions with owners.

In practiceMissing facts — a domain, a price, a legal name — go into a decisions register. The site shows a neutral placeholder rather than a guess.

  3. Design

Give each venture its own identity and a system it can grow into.

In practiceShopskon’s porcelain-and-brass storefront, Rehbar’s navy-and-teal consultancy and the journal’s deep-teal reading theme were each designed from their audience, not from one template.

  4. Build

Engineer for low running cost and few moving parts.

In practiceStatic exports on shared hosting, content kept in typed data files, and no database, server or subscription unless the job needs one.

  5. Launch

Ship only what passes its checks.

In practiceProduction packages refuse to build without a real domain, carry a hash manifest, and are checked with a smoke test after upload.

  6. Operate

Measure every week and act on it.

In practiceA weekly report, a short list of what won and what lost, and a kill test for each content lane — then the next week’s plan.

Principles

The rules we hold ourselves to.

01

We operate what we build

Our ventures are our own, so we live with every technical decision. That keeps the engineering practical and the costs honest.

Where you can see it: Shopskon’s owner Hub, reporting and publishing queue are used every week by the people who built them.

02

Claims are tested, not written

Statements a customer relies on are checked by code: no invented reviews, no promised outcomes, no unverified figures.

Where you can see it: Rehbar’s test suite fails the build on banned wording; this site’s tests do the same.

03

Fewer moving parts

A static page cannot be hacked like a server, cannot go down like a database and costs almost nothing to host. We add infrastructure only when a feature needs it.

Where you can see it: Shopskon and Rehbar are plain static files on shared hosting with no server code; the journal is prepared for the same kind of host.

04

Local first, subscriptions last

Image, music, voice and drafting models run on our own hardware wherever quality allows, so production scales without per-use fees.

Where you can see it: Shopskon’s product scenes and original songs are generated locally.

05

Consent and disclosure by default

Voices are used only with recorded consent, AI-made media is labelled, and personal data is collected only when a feature needs it.

Where you can see it: Every Shopskon video post is marked as altered or AI-assisted content.

06

Independent brands, shared engine

Each venture keeps its own name, design and audience. What they share is the engineering, automation and production behind them.

Where you can see it: Shopskon, Rehbar and TheTrasportos have separate identities and domains, and share the same build and QA practices.

What we deliberately don’t do

  • Publish figures we cannot source, or testimonials we did not receive.
  • Add a database, CMS or paid platform when static files will do the job.
  • Use anyone’s voice or likeness without their recorded consent.
  • Present an experiment as a finished service.
  • Launch a venture page before the venture can stand behind it.
