Privacy notice

Last updated 23 October 2026. This notice describes this website only; each venture publishes its own policy on its own site.

Pre-launch version. This text describes how the site is actually built. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and the operating legal entity is still to be named here.

Who is responsible

This website is operated by Trasportos. You can reach us about anything in this notice through the contact form.

What we collect, and why

Browsing the site does not require you to give us any personal data. We collect personal data only when you send a message through the contact form:

  • the topic you choose, your name, email address, optional organisation and your message — so that we can read and answer it;
  • the date and time it was sent and a one-way hash of your IP address — so that we can limit automated spam. We cannot recover your IP address from the hash.

The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, and our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of abuse.

Where it goes

Messages are processed by a script on our own web hosting, saved to a private file outside the public website, and forwarded to our inbox by email. We do not sell or share them, and we do not use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, then delete them, unless they become part of a project agreement. Spam-protection hashes are discarded after one hour.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own hosting, so no third party learns that you visited. If that changes, this notice will be updated first and you will be asked for consent where the law requires it.

Links to other sites

Venture pages link to the ventures’ own websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave this one.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time, through the contact form. You can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
