Overview

The opportunity

The problem

Buying fragrance online in Pakistan usually means a social-media page and a phone call. Shoppers cannot browse sizes and prices clearly, and a small seller cannot afford the agency, plug-ins and subscriptions a conventional store needs.

Our answer

A fully static storefront generated from a single product source, so the website, the Google and Meta product feeds, share images and the sitemap can never drift apart. Orders are captured to a Google Sheet and confirmed on WhatsApp, with cash on delivery.

Who it serves

  • Shoppers in Pakistan looking for perfume and attar
  • Customers who prefer to pay cash on delivery or order through WhatsApp
  • Gift buyers choosing scents by occasion and season

Its place in Trasportos

Our commerce line: where we prove that a small catalogue business can run on automated, tested systems instead of subscriptions.

What makes it distinct

01

A real catalogue, generated

384 perfumes in 1,150 sizes, each with its own page, filters, search and a fragrance-finder quiz — all pre-rendered to static HTML.

02

Two ways to order

A cash-on-delivery checkout that writes to the orders sheet, and “Order on WhatsApp”, which opens a pre-filled message with items, sizes and total.

03

Discoverable by design

Structured data on every page, a product feed read daily by Google Merchant Center and another by the Meta catalogue, plus season and occasion guides written for search.

04

An owner’s control room

The Shopskon Hub, a local dashboard, edits prices, stock and photos, publishes the site package, reports weekly from Analytics, Search Console and Meta, and schedules video posts.

05

Honesty rules in code

Reviews stay hidden until real ones exist, longevity is never invented, and AI-made imagery and music are disclosed wherever platforms ask.

Objective

Launch a credible online fragrance store for the Pakistani market with no recurring software costs, and make it run with as little manual work as possible.

Implementation

  1. Static Next.js storefront with 537 pre-rendered pages, deployed as a single verified zip to shared hosting.

  2. One product source feeding the site, the Google Merchant XML feed and the Meta catalogue CSV.

  3. Cash-on-delivery checkout to a Google Sheet, plus WhatsApp ordering with a pre-filled message.

  4. A local owner Hub for products, photos, publishing, weekly reporting and scheduled social video.

  5. A local AI pipeline for product scenes, original music and short videos, with disclosure on every post.

Current state

Live and taking orders. Fragrance is the trading category; Beauty and Fashion are previews. Real product photography and verified customer reviews are the next priorities.

Outcome

No outcome figures are published yet. We will add them here once they are verified and the venture is ready to share them.
